3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may cancel your enrollment within 3 days of receiving your first lesson if you feel the program is not the right fit. Enrollment fees are non-refundable, and refunds are only issued if no discounts, scholarships, or special offers were applied at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 15 business days from the date of an approved cancellation request. The refund will be returned to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Cancellations requested after the 3-day guarantee window.
• Enrollment made using scholarships, discounts, or special promotional offers.
• Non-refundable enrollment fees.
• If the student has completed more than 25% of the course material, whether lessons, quizzes, or modules.

Course Transfers & Changes

Students who wish to transfer to another course or make changes after enrollment may contact our support team. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
